The biggest selling point and the reason why I am I really enjoy using this platform is because I'm allowed to call people. I could just dial a phone and someone picks up and can say, yeah, let's fix this or let's help you with this. Honestly, that's so rare.

I would recommend TeamUp for other Pilates studios, as it takes the programming and the administration of payments signing up to courses, taking payments, ticking people off if they've come.

TeamUp is an absolute lifesaver for me. It is everything in one basket. TeamUp helps me with my bookings. My clients can book their classes very easily. They have their own app that they can access and they can see the schedule. I put all my memberships, all my payments through TeamUp so it's secure, it's GDPR secure and contact details are secure and it's all in one place.
I started using TeamUp about two years ago and find it really easy sending links to the customers and they find it really easy to book classes.
But for me, the payments, the scheduling and the customer experience is probably the three most important things when it comes to running a gym or running a group facility. I'm very happy with it. I've now recommended maybe 30, 40 coaches to the program.
We found that we were missing stuff. We weren't sure where people were, whether they were showing up, whether their payments were going through. We started looking for a system where that was all-encompassing and so far and into the future TeamUp has been brilliant for that.
It's time-consuming if you do it on your own and with the platform, you save more time for other things that involve, for example, marketing, or other things that need saving time.

But also above all else what I've always found is customer service with TeamUp is second to none. I've not experienced customer service with any other business that I've come across that is like TeamUp's and it makes me want to make mine like that.

Whether you want memberships, pay as you go or you want flexibility for your classing and your pricing and you want ease of use for your customers, it is the best system out there.
But when you've got an all-in-one solution like this, it's really worth its weight in gold that it enables you to be able to scale the business. And like, yeah, we even with lockdowns and stuff that we've had our biggest year we've ever had sort of thing, and that's without seeing people face to face for virtually a whole year. So it's been a game-changer.
We have found we've been able to customize it to be exactly what we need. It's simple. We're able to adjust class schedules, use the reporting features to determine what our most popular classes are, class times adjust those schedules to what our patients would like to see, send out handouts before class, video recommendations after class. It's been amazing for us and I would highly recommend it for anyone that has a similar program.
There's no rush. There's no hassle. They deal with a problem and they make sure it's solved. I cannot put enough emphasis on customer service. So if you need a software that's going to give you the help that you need when you need it this is the one for you.
But I think in terms of value for money and what I get from TeamUp, it's faultless. I know that people love other software systems. I know there are cheap ones out there. I know there are more expensive ones out there, but I feel like TeamUp are absolutely right for my business.
TeamUp came up as the one option that seemed to look really fresh, clean, easy to use from our side. We are not technical people, so it was really easy to manage and really sort of consumer-friendly as well and sort of really important for us was support, obviously. So we changed over to TeamUp.
I definitely did my research and I came up at TeamUp is actually really great for dance studios. You have to get a little bit used to, but I think it went quite, quite fast.
There's no rush. There's no hassle. They deal with a problem and they make sure it's solved. I cannot put enough emphasis on customer service. So if you need a software that's going to give you the help that you need when you need it this is the one for you.
And I've never looked back, really, because it's been really helpful in terms of automating processes. And admin on my side is quite light now. It peaks, you know, before the beginning of a new block of classes as a bit of admin to be done there. But in the long run, it really saves me time and effort to use TeamUp.

It's very simple for me to have like this is the first system which I have experience with for making bookings and it is all self-taught. You guys also have great resources on your site, so your how-tos are great. And then also if I ever have a question, if I can't find something on the how-to you have that chat option, which I've used a lot. And then the response from you guys is always super quick.

We were using another platform before, we changed last year, just at the start of lockdown to TeamUp and I never want to go back to anything else. I find it really, really good like you can easily work out what you want to do and for the clients as well, I find that a lot of it's quite self-explanatory. It's really easy to use. Initially, I came to TeamUp for my scheduling and my payments, and that is still the primary coming role it plays in my business. But the financial reports, I'd also say actually as a CRM, it's amazing in the way that I can speak to clients to set up to send out automated emails after a first session or maybe a full session.
So now I run drop-in live classes on Zoom. I have a subscription package and monthly subscription On-Demand package. I sell individual videos. I sell training courses for yoga teachers to mentor them through using technology. And all of that goes through my TeamUp system. So I don't know how I would actually manage without it. And it's enabled me to totally reconfigure the business to something that can work online.
TeamUp was one of the software suggested, so we tried it and we fell in love straight away, because the support has been great. The setup was very, very easy and quick to do and very easy for the customer as well, which is the main thing, really.
TeamUp works incredibly well because it fits our model very well and the service they provide allows us to communicate with them quickly and easily and address any problems when they come along. They're also open to new ideas and development, which we'll work on with them to help improve their solution and therefore our solution.
I've had other companies approach me and try and give me services for cheaper and whatever else. But for me, the service from TeamUp, it's, it's, it's just amazing. Like we never have any issues with a website, like we never have issues of creation, like everything that we possibly needed to do in order to help us run on the business like we get that from the service, which has been great.
We started with another company and we weren't too happy with them. So I shopped around, had a good look at all of the systems that were available, and I settled on TeamUp. Part of the reason was that the team in TeamUp are completely amazing and that's really quite important.
And certainly, when I set up, it was great because, you know, there's that feeling where it seems that you want to you really want to know, how to describe it. The support team really do want to help you with all of your things. And it could be an outrageous request of like, how do I do this? How do I do it? And then they make it really simple.
And then I contacted you lot. And it was a whole new world. And I always make a shout out for Yasmin, I mean just amazing and for me having learning difficulties and actually trying to think through it and getting confused, not for once did I feel like an idiot. And believe me, for my whole life I felt like an idiot when I haven't quite got something. It doesn't mean I'm stupid. It just means that I learn in a different way. And they (TeamUp) were just brilliant. And I'm never leaving now.
The customer support is one of the biggest selling points for me when I tell people about TeamUp. I've had a couple of times where I've needed to actually bring up or email in where I haven't quite found what I wanted on the FAQ page. Although, that is quite thorough and the response is so quick and you get to talk to a real person, not somebody who's not familiar with the system. They're always really familiar with it. So it's really, really nice to actually talk to someone and talk to people who really understand the system.
This is the time that I wanted to be in the studio, wanted to be with my clients, teaching classes and do what I love and not sitting behind a desk or sitting by the phone taking bookings. And overnight, after the introduction of TeamUp via a trial, I very quickly moved to the booking platform with my customers. And I have to say is the best thing I've ever done.
Team Up was recommended to me by another CrossFit gym and I would definitely recommend Team Up to CrossFit gyms or anybody that needs a booking system because it just keeps track of everything for me seamlessly every month. I don't have to remember to do anything. It's all automated, which is very useful if you are forgetful like me.
