How TeamUp made it easy for our customers to be our members
My name is Miky and I run the MZ9 Fitness in England. We are based in Kent and we run outdoor fitness functional fitness in three different locations in Kent. We help people to get fit, and obviously feel better. And we have a program to lose weight and lose body fat. And our main program at the moment is a program called Six Week Challenge, where we can help people with weight training, nutrition and a lot of accountability, which is a very, very important moment, especially now in this time in life. When we joined TeamUp we were struggling and we were using another system and the software and first of all, it was very difficult, it was very difficult to set up.
And for members, it was too complicated and time-consuming to book sessions and register for our program and it wasn't automatic. Then we actually joined a program with another similar business and TeamUp was one of the software suggested, so we tried it and we fell in love straight away, because the support has been great. The setup was very, very easy and quick to do and very easy for the customer as well, which is the main thing, really. And every time I have an issue with the booking system and stuff, I just pick up my phone and answer. I don't have to go through a security check. They know who they are talking with straight away, which is unbelievable. And I always find them very, very helpful and I've been able to do that, which is great. We will run different programs and different type of sessions so you can classify different type of program that you want to run.
And there is a link that you can share and that is very easy for people to join. Also, there are different options if you want to run a program and not show it online or if you want to sell something and make sure that people outside can purchase themself or register themself without any admin. It's that easy to set up. So I will say it's very much straightforward and easy to understand. The integration with Zoom was installed right away. And we realized that we had closed and that Zoom was the only option the integration with TeamUp was fantastic because we didn't have to change anything. And rather than just add the new slot, and change the location with the Zoom link.
