I don’t run memberships, but use term-time blocks. Can TeamUp handle this?

Yes. We use the word “membership” to describe any type of class package. Our course platform is designed to handle multiple class options including term-time blocks.

I’m not very confident with computers. Is there a way you can set up my account for me?

Yes. We will personally help you whenever you need. You can schedule a call whenever needed at any time (not only during set up). For imports, you'll have a dedicated person and personal service every step of the way.

Can I track custom information?

Yes. In TeamUp you have complete flexibility to add or edit any of the fields or forms that your customer will see. You can ask for any combination of information, at any stage of the signup process, or any other time. You can ask specific questions for certain membership purchases or class bookings.
