We've worked with TeamUp for many years and I just can't really fault the customer service that we get.

My name is Claire Louise Freeman. I am the business owner of Zigs Exercise, and we support people who are struggling with aches, pain, stiffness, and energy issues to build their body confidence by the power of Pilates, yoga, different exercise techniques and massage therapy. For some we help them get into the best shape of their lives, helping them get stronger, fitter, more supple and better balance.

I've used TeamUp for many years now. I think the main thing that has really stuck with me over the years is the customer service. I remember checking out several different systems years ago, and the thing that's shown out to me was the fact that I could talk to somebody over the phone.

I've used many systems in my business and I find it frustrating when I have to just email. I like to talk to humans, and that's always been the big win for me with TeamUp. We use TeamUp to take payments from our members. When people are trying us out, it's easy to use TeamUp because it's integrated with Stripe and GoCardless.

It provides a secure way for new people trying us out to take the payment. We can either do it over the phone or we can do it via logging into the system. I just think it works really well for our different types of memberships. We have a budget membership for people who do more of the online approach, and then we have a higher price for various packages depending whether someone wants the more VIP bells and whistles personal training approach.

We use it for one-off workshops. We're hosting a Japanese cookery workshop in the new year. So that's exciting. We use it for things like our massage membership, so you can create different memberships of course, depending on the client's needs. That's a more of a monthly thing tha we do.

I would highly recommend TeamUp. I often recommend it to other health and wellness professionals. We've worked with TeamUp for many years and I just can't really fault the customer service that we get. It's been great. And particularly, through the pandemic difficult times, I felt TeamUp really supported us as a business. You can't ask for more than that really.
