I started using TeamUp about two years ago and find it really easy sending links to the customers and they find it really easy to book classes.

My name's Kayle my business is called Kayle Fitness. I started my own gym about two years ago and I've been a PT for about 10 years. I opened my own gym two years ago and started doing classes and my mate actually referred me to use TeamUp. It's pretty organized for the big classes, and things like that.

I started using TeamUp about two years ago and find it really easy sending links to the customers and they find it really easy to book classes. I use initial consults as well and also health waivers. I use all the questions if they have high blood pressure and I send a link to the PT client or member before they come to the gym and they fill out the link. I just text the link to them and they fill it out and I receive an email back with all their questions and they come to the gym and it's already sorted so they go straight into the class or the PT session.

I find it pretty helpful with things like that. Sometimes I will have to show them how to download the app, but once they start using it it's really simple. Also for the numbers for classes, different classes, we have different numbers, so knowing how many stations to set up with the numbers as well. Obviously with the health questions and things like that it saves paperwork having it all online. When the classes start to get busy, you need that to be organized. You need to know how many people are coming and it creates good client management.

I think appointments on there was pretty good as well. We have a couple of PTs here, and you can block out your schedule. You're not available in the morning between six and nine am you can block that out on the calendar. It's easy for members when they want to book in for a PT session, they can select the trainer and then see that availability. It saves people from texting when are you free tomorrow? People can just log on and see on the calendar what's available. It just saves that time.
