This fun and exciting class is for serious students of ALL levels who wish to learn or improve on the art of Aerial Silks and Hoop.Learn tricks, drops, sequences and more with the world renowned champion, Rebecca Plume.
You will build strength, flexibility and the skills to work towards a student showcase, which is why we ask for a high level of commitment.
You’ll learn the technical and creative art of both disciplines as well the core preparation techniques for a show!
No specific skills are needed but we ask that you can commit and are full of enthusiasm!
