Scheduling repeat one-on-one sessions on an individual basis is a time burner. But with Recurring Appointments, you can reserve periodic appointment slots on behalf of clients. So whether a member wants to come at the same time every week, every other week, every three weeks, or monthly, it's quick and easy to manage in TeamUp.

The timeframe you define

Recurring appointments look different for everyone, which is why you can customize exactly how long the reservation will run for. You can create a repeat booking for a set number of appointments or until the client's membership expires.

Members like the continuity of training on the same day at the same time—and Recurring Appointments make that possible. How to make a recurring reservation in TeamUp

You can schedule recurring one-on-one appointments for members right from your dashboard - simply follow the steps outlined below:

1. Log in to your TeamUp account and go to Classes/Appointments > Reservations. Click ➕ New recurring reservation.

2. Select the Customer from the drop-down list and click Continue.

3. Under Reservation Type, select Appointment. Click Continue.

4. Select the Membership from the list and click Continue.

5. If the membership is associated with various Appointment Types, select the desired one from the drop-down list. You can also filter by Instructor and Venue. Click Continue.

6. Choose the Start Date, the Appointment Slot, when it Repeats (every 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks), and the Recurring Type (whether the reservation runs until the membership expires or for a set number of sessions). Click Create Recurring Reservation.
