CrossFit Teens
CrossFit Teens is designed for 13-17yr olds. This program includes all the gymnastics and power/Olympic weightlifting lifts as well as cardiovascular exercises used within CrossFit working on consistency and efficiency rather than load. We allow load (weight) to be used under supervision and instruction of our coaches.
High intensity workouts are used in the same way as the adult main classes but with lighter weights. These sessions are a great way to build confidence and make new friends.

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
