A 60 min 1-2-1 session we will discuss your goals and training options, show you around the gym, carry out a movement assessment and put you through your paces with a short workout.

If you'd prefer to train in a small group then Small Group Training might be for you. Sessions are still 60 mins with a maximum of 3 people per group. The session is divided into three 20 min blocks focusing on barbell movements, dumbbell/body weight movements/HIIT

During this session you will get a real feel for what Personal Training is all about and how it can benefit you. There is no experience necessary and sessions are open to all ages.

Terms and Conditions

This membership entitles the purchaser to one 60 minute Personal Training Session. The session will be conducted as a consultation, the purchaser will be offered the opportunity to sign up for either a starter package or ongoing personal training during the taster session. A short workout is offered but not an expected part of the taster session. The key aims of the taster session is to allow the purchaser to look around the gym, get to know the trainer, define any training goals and ask any questions. The trainer will carry out a movement assessment with the purchaser, establish their training goals and discuss appropriate ongoing training options with purchaser.
