Beginner Running Workshops

Our beginner workshops are designed to support and improve your running, to help you avoid injury and find the joy in running outdoors. If you've always wanted to enjoy running but struggled to get started then this is the class for you.

Did you know that core strength is essential to improve your running style? That weak glutes can lead to sore knees? That simple changes to posture can improve your endurance? I'll give you guidance on how to build strength, stamina and flexibility for long term benefits to your running.

Each session will include a warm up, some strength, conditioning and flexibility exercises as well as a 2-3 mile walk/run on various terrain. In our final week we will cover a 5k distance.
