TeamUp is the easiest thing in the world to use and whatever I've had a question about because I'm struggling support has got back to me within a few hours and the answer is always really, really obvious and so easy for me to do myself.
Why TeamUp has made running my studio so easy
I'm Pip Roberts and I own Now Studio in Bristol in the UK. We're a wellness studio, we offer the school practices so that people can feel good. I opened in November 2019 and I went with what I thought was a good idea for my booking system. But I found for a few months I actually clocked how long I spent on support on the phone and it was 20 hours each month, half the work week and as a sole proprietor and sole management of a studio, I needed something that was so much easier and so much simpler and I found TeamUp all my answers to my prayers came through basically. So TeamUp has been wonderfully simple, wonderfully integrated and really supportive of the virtual space as well as we've been switching between real life and virtual in the UK a little bit more than we wanted to.
TeamUp has made operating in the virtual space really easy. They even set up Zoom meetings for you. So there are no human errors with copy-paste, which I'll be honest, I was doing a lot of previously and everything is automated. It just arrives with our customers when they book and then an hour before and everybody knows where they're at and how to get in. It could not be more simple. Um, honestly, it's been a total dream, especially compared to where I was before, who I was booking with before. It's all just very simple and actually horrendously intuitive. And I often feel a little bit daft after I have been in touch with support because the answers are so obvious. Other things that we use it for, we use it to keep up with these health questionnaires nice and safely stored so that people can update them as things change, they get a reminder every six months and it just gives us a little bit of peace of mind that we're looking after our people.
I totally do recommend to TeamUp to other studios. I have turned into a bit of a bore when I'm like, 'you should be using this, why aren't you using this?' to other studio owners that I talk to. Some of them have joined us as well, which is good and their superfans, too.
