Team Up was recommended to me by another CrossFit gym and I would definitely recommend Team Up to CrossFit gyms or anybody that needs a booking system because it just keeps track of everything for me seamlessly every month. I don't have to remember to do anything. It's all automated, which is very useful if you are forgetful like me.

Hi, my name is Krish Stevens and I own CrossFit Uckfield in East Sussex in the U.K. We've been using TeamUp's CrossFit software for years now. I started using it when we were a garage gym because it became increasingly difficult to keep track of payments and things. So initially, I think we used it because it was easy for people, much easier for people to pay that way. And as the gym grew and we moved out of the garage, TeamUp was still really useful because people could book into classes. You can keep track of people, but there are loads of things on there where I can see how often people are booking, in which classes are the most popular and those kinds of things.

So it's a really useful way of managing my timetable and deciding what classes are worth keeping and which ones need to be shuffled around a little bit. Anytime I need to rearrange anything, for example, if I need to change the timetable or I've had any difficulties, the support is really, really quick and really, really helpful.

Why Krzysia has found TeamUp's software to be the best CrossFit box management software for her business

And I don't need support that often because it's quite intuitive to use really. So we have, give or take, around a hundred members. Some of them are children whose parents train at the gym so that they can be family groups on TeamUp. Most of them are adults. Some of them have got partners on TeamUp. So generally not being sexist is the wife who's the family manager. And those things, they will find it really, really simple to use.

We have taken all our classes online and it's brilliant that everyone, I'm the person who's had to make changes or my clients don't have to do anything different. They just book into classes as normal and then they can come up from the Zoom classes. So that's been really helpful that it's really simple for the customer. If there's anything complex, I have to do it. But even for me, it's not complex and there's loads of support if it does get difficult.

TeamUp was recommended to me by another CrossFit gym and I would definitely recommend TeamUp to CrossFit gyms or anybody that needs a booking system because it just keeps track of everything for me seamlessly every month. I don't have to remember to do anything. It's all automated, which is very useful if you are forgetful like me.
