Seamlessly manage payments and communications for your online services in one place. Automate messages and access to your library using memberships. Track everything with clear and focused reporting.
TeamUp does it differently. Most platforms want to own your content and use it as a way to build their offering. TeamUp allows you to choose where you want to host your content and manages all the access and payments for you. Don't get locked in, and don't sign away the rights to your valuable content.
Your customers look forward to time spent with you and when your schedules don't match, you both miss out. Your library ensures that your customers always have access to your content, and that you don't have to worry about scrambling to connect with customers who can't make it to class.
"I have a subscription package and monthly subscription On Demand package. It’s enabled me to totally reconfigure the business to something that can work online. And also looking forward to when I can step back to doing in-person, I can run online and in-person side by side so I don’t have to drop any of the online subscription and On Demand packages that I’m doing. So I’ve been able to keep that same backbone and then come up with new ideas and new ways of working. One of which since March since the COVID pandemic has been I teach once in a week, which is my little kind of way of summarizing my approach, which is to try and teach less, but to earn more. And by having TeamUp, I’ve been able to do that because I’ve been able to use different elements of the system to sell pre-recorded classes, to generate an on-demand service that people subscribe to monthly. And that’s why I haven’t had to teach more, but my earnings have increased and I think that’s quite rare to be able to say that my earnings have actually increased through the process of changing to being online. And all of this goes through my TeamUp system."

Not sure if TeamUp's On Demand is right for you? Here are some common questions.
Can I mix and match online and in-person classes with my on-demand?
You can run your on-demand services side by side with all of your in-person and online classes. Whether you run all or some it's entirely up to you. Everything is included and easy to set up and maintain, and you can make changes at any time.
Can I add on-demand content for my existing members?
You can easily add your existing memberships to an access group to be able to view the content. Without needing to create any new memberships or payment plans or change anything about your customer's experience, they'll now get your amazing new content, too.
Do I have to pay for an additional video hosting service?
You can use any video hosting services that you prefer. Youtube and Vimeo offer free options, as well premium accounts if you prefer extra security, quality, and hosting space.
Are there any size or view limits on video content?
There are no limits in TeamUp on any content - if you have it available in your hosting platform then it is possible to add it to your On Demand library.
Are videos launched in TeamUp or will my customers be redirected?
As long as your video hosting supports the oEmbed protocol then your video will be viewable directly within TeamUp. Youtube and Vimeo both support this on both free and paid plans.
