We found that we were missing stuff. We weren't sure where people were, whether they were showing up, whether their payments were going through. We started looking for a system where that was all-encompassing and so far and into the future TeamUp has been brilliant for that.

I'm Jake, the founder of JPT Fitness and we run group training in Southwest London in four locations, at this point. We realized that trying to manage clients in all different sort of systems and that was really challenging. We found that we were missing stuff. We weren't sure where people were, whether they were showing up, whether their payments were going through.

We started looking for a system where that was all-encompassing and so far and into the future TeamUp has been brilliant for that. So one of the massive ones is the client journey, so when we sign up a member, straight away we get them on the phone and we get them set up with their TeamUp profile and they can store medical details, we've got access to contact details for them. We can process their payment with them there and then. So it's just a really smooth onboarding process. As well as that, and we haven't even touched the surface of what we can do with it, but booking clients into classes, checking in on that, I'm sending out emails at different points when they fit, say a hundred classes, that kind of thing, that just that personal touch that makes a big difference. That simplicity with your dashboard, you can see exactly where your financial stuff is at.

How payments are going, whether they've bounced, whether they've gone through. How much a client has paid you so you could work out how much in terms of client retention, how long that sort of lifetime is for a client. So that is super helpful and I think, changes the game for your business. I would 100% recommend a TeamUp. Go for it, give it a go.
