We've used TeamUp since September, since we launched our partnership and it's been absolutely invaluable for sharing our schedule, getting our customers booked and getting them to launch the Zoom meetings, sharing workouts on demand and booking our physical classes. And what I really love about it is it's so incredibly powerful. I have a whole timetable at my fingertips.

How TeamUp has been invaluable for our business, Dance Fit Bath

Hi, I am Siobhain from Dance Fit Bath, and I just need to say how amazing we found TeamUp since we launched our business last September. Obviously, the situation has changed so much for fitness instructors over the last year. And we have worked really, really hard to go online, go virtual, and with the main aim of bringing the fun into people's lives and bringing a lot of joy and colour and brightness and laughter into these what can be fairly dull days.

So we've used TeamUp since September, since we launched our partnership and it's been absolutely invaluable for sharing our schedule, getting our customers booked and getting them to launch the Zoom meetings, sharing workouts on demand and booking our physical classes. And what I really love about it is it's so incredibly powerful. I have a whole timetable at my fingertips. I can manage customers, I can manage memberships, and I can also communicate with all of our customers just literally at the click of the button. So it's been amazing for that. We also really make use of the waivers and the forms.

So we know that whether we're working out in the studio or outdoors when we are able to when we were allowed to do that, we know that our customers have read our health screening and have thought about how they can exercise safely and also how they can keep everyone else safe in the studio. In terms of Zoom, it's really easy, it's a one-click launch once you've integrated. I send them a notification before each Zoom class, just reminding them how to log in and reminding them how to exercise safely as well. So they just click on that one launch button and then they are in there straight away.

I suppose there's so many things that we need to think about and so many challenges, and what we're really trying to focus on is just that joyful vibe and delivering really fun, feel-good fitness classes to all sorts of people who are home working, keep working or homeschooling at home. And so the last thing we want to do is have to worry about all the admin because that would just take way too much time for those six children between us. So we've got our hands full as well.

So, yeah, it's been a really novel and innovative way for us to help us innovate. Honestly, I could play with it all day. I can't recommend it enough. Support has been amazing. I've probably asked about ten questions, especially in the early days of setting it all up and I always got an immediate response from a human being. Thank you, TeamUp!

And for someone that's not very computer literate, TeamUp has been an absolute blessing, really easy to follow. I can manage all my classes at the touch of a finger, so yeah it's been fantastic.
