Delivered via Trainheroic app straight to your phone - record your lifts, exercise videos and instant messaging to Kristian if you need any questions asked!

Things to do at the beginning:

Go to settings and change the units to kilograms
Enter in your personal bests for the relevant exercises (this will help the app adapt the percentages)
Estimating 1RM are fine however in pulls, hangs, powers block variations of the Olympic lifts the % is based off of your 1RM full lift (e.g. power snatch 3x3 at 70% is 70% of full snatch).

Read any notes on the exercise before you begin just incase you miss it.
Ensure you click finish session otherwise I do not receive what you have done.
