Future Fitness for Juniors combines the elements of gymnastics and body weight exercises with cardiovascular bursts such as running, skipping, jumping and much more. During our classes we use a combination of games, circuits and skill development.
We are a general and inclusive place of movement teaching kids healthy habits early and/or supplementing sport specific training.
We strive to build an active lifestyle at a young age and we ensure that all Juniors, regardless of their fitness level, are part of the class.

Female Self Defence
This is a special discounted membership (50% discount!!) ONLY for those who have children /family training at the Academy

The training times are Friday 5.0pm - 6.30 pm and saturday 10.15 am - 11.30 am and one other session of your choice

This is not just a punch and kick self defence . There will be some punching and of course there will be some kicking, but most importantly there will also be an understanding of what self-defence actually is.

The differences between a martial art and self defence, why being able to escape is more important than how hard you can punch plus there will also be lots of shouting, by you the ladies!


When you can recognise potential threats and dodgy situations and you are more confident in your every day activities, you are less likely to become a target of crime. The more prepared you are, the less likely you are to need it
