Interested in training like a Strongman? The Strongman Fundamentals is designed to educate you on a variety of Strongman movements that you can incorporate into your CrossFit training.
LARGE LOADS, LONG DISTANCE, QUICKLY
Strongman closely mimics ‘real world’ strength and if supplemented correctly you will see maximal gains in your lifts, improved grip strength, improved midline stability and posterior chain development.
CrossFit and Strongman Programming when combined together provide athletes a variety of different stimuli aimed at achieving an increase in work capacity. This is translates into an increase in your CrossFit ability.
Goals of Strongman Fundamentals
• Provide an overview of Strongman and how it can be beneficial to your CrossFit training
• Teach safe, proper, and efficient movement using Strongman equipment and objects
