A weekend of two halves one based around the Endurance life Sussex event you can choose to walk / run 10 km. half marathon, marathon or an ultra marathon and one more holistic option of sunrise walks and yoga flows all rounded off with a sound bath.
Based from the conveniently located Helen Gardens in Eastbourne, the event base is perfectly positioned to explore this dramatic cliff ridden coastline. Expect a few ups and downs as you negotiate that beautiful rolling downland.
