Ladies Who Lift – finally, a class that teaches proper strength training, developed by women, for women!

Ladies Who Lift is a comprehensive group coaching session and supportive community for women who want to know how to weight train properly, reach their fitness goals, and boost their overall confidence in the gym.
Whether you’re lifting for the first time and just want to progress your knowledge of the basics, a confident weight-lifter looking for a supportive female group workout, or just someone looking to tone your muscles or lose weight in a fun new class, our Ladies Who Lift classes can offer benefits to everyone.

Starting from September Personal Trainers Karen and Kirsty from Elite Conditioning will be bringing you our First Ladies that lift course.

A choice of eves:

Monday 1 pm
Wednesday 1 pm
Saturday 10 am or 11 am

2 sessions a week learning the main lifts and 1 personalised session working on those accessory resistance moves specific to your goals. All alongside expert guidance to help you develop confidence in the environment of a private gym surrounded by liked minded ladies.

2 x weight lifting sessions a week focusing on main lifts

Personalised plan for accessory resistance training moves to work through over the 6 weeks
