This is a recurring plan combining our amazing Elite small coaching sessions ( up to 4 players) and our Strength & Conditioning sessions. Our on pitch small coaching sessions focus on a combination of Technical, Awareness and position specific drills alongside Cardiovascular, Speed, Agility, Power, High Intensity Interval Training, Core and Conditioning. Whilst our Strength & Conditioning sessions focuses on a combination of Weight, Strength and Power training alongside Agility, Mobility, Plyometric, Cardio, Core and Conditioning. You will have access to one session per week for both ( 8 sessions per month )
Alongside our physical sessions including Pitch & S&C sessions you will also receive 4 online Personal Development sessions as well. This will be 121 sessions with our Head Coach David McCracken through our initiative "SWITCH THE PLAY" where yous will work on aspects of Self Awareness, Self Confidence, Emotional Awareness and any other Mental aspect that might help your on pitch game. You will also be supported to understand who you are as a person and not just a player! This is a crucial life skill because these can directly affect each other both positively and negatively. This will include options to look at other career paths, interests and hobbies to help strengthen your career as a footballer.
