PRO 11 ELITE PITCH / S & C COMBO - 2 SESSIONS PER WEEK
This is a recurring plan combining our amazing Elite small coaching sessions ( up to 4 players) and our Strength & Conditioning sessions. Our on pitch sessions focus on a combination of Technical, Awareness and position specific drills alongside Cardiovascular, Speed, Agility, Power, High Intensity Interval Training, Core and Conditioning.
Whilst our Strength & Conditioning sessions focuses on a combination of Weight, Strength and Power training alongside Agility, Mobility, Plyometric, Cardio, Core and Conditioning.
You will have access to one session per week for both ( 8 sessions per month )

What this plan includes -
- Access to 1 Elite Pitch coaching session per week ( 4 per month ) @ FIVES Hamilton
- Access to 1 Strength & Conditioning session per week ( 4 per month ) @ PINNACLE Gym Hamilton
- Online training account including monthly core programme, tracking systems for weekly and monthly check ins
- Macro-nutrition calculation - giving you exactly what Calories per day / week you will need
- Daily contact support with your specialised trainer

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
