TEAM S&C PROGRAMMING

This is a recurring plan including our amazing Elite Strength & Conditioning sessions. Our Strength & Conditioning sessions focuses on a combination of Weight, Strength and Power training alongside Agility, Mobility, Plyometric, Cardio, Core and Conditioning.
You will have access to one session per week ( 4 sessions per month for up to 3 players per session) 

What this plan includes -
- 1 Strength & Conditioning session per week ( 4 per month ) @ PINNACLE Gym Hamilton
- Online training account including monthly core programme, tracking systems for weekly and monthly check ins
- Online programming for the squad of players focusing on Strength, Power, Balance and Coordination along with Agility, Flexibility and Core based strengthening exercises. 
- Daily contact support with your specialised trainer

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
