6 WEEKS ON RAMP PROGRAMME - PT, Nutrition and small group classes

This newcomer membership is a mix of personal training and group training which will enable you to develop correct movement mechanics and move with great form in order to create long lasting health and fitness. 💪

Every week, you get have:
- 3 small group training sessions (includes speciality classes) max 8 people per class
- 1 hour personal training session (with your preferred coach depending on availability)

You will also get a 30min session of personal nutrition every week to make sure your results are awesome. 😎

The length go the membership is 6 weeks.
If you rather access directly the classes only membership, please be aware that it will take you longer to master the movements of CrossFit as the PTs are an incredible way of ramping up your potential.

The personal training session is when you will drill with the coach what are the mechanics, safety and efficiency of movements that we perform in CrossFit.

The group class format is 8 per class with different ability. For it to run smoothly, existing mechanics and lifting technique is preferred from everyone. While constantly looking at improving your abilities during classes, it can be difficult to completely start from scratch on a bunch of movement.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
Gold Membership - 21 sessions per month -
You will build a lot of strength and a lot of skill by practicing daily variety of movement and receiving lot of coaching. But do not fear it, the training programme is build in a way that the intensity of the session are varied across the week so you perform well throughout.

You can book up to 21 classes each month at CrossFit Bury. No rolling of unused classes onto the next month. Late Cancel are 12hours before start of the class. Rolling month to month with a 3 months commitment - 30 Days notice for cancellation. Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.

This "benchmark" membership is a popular option and a great choice for starters.

Within a 30 days period, you actually are training as much as resting, which is a 1:1 ratio, which is necessary for your body and mind to practice, progress and put yourself in a position to improve your health and fitness

You can book to CrossFit class, and other speciality classes that we usually run which includes Olympic lifting, Strength and Gymnastic, Strength and Conditioning.

OPTION 1: MACRO TRACKING
- Consultation to set basic targets for week 1
- 1 week of macro tracking to understand better your eating style and habit CARBS or KETO CYCLING METHODS
- Consultation weekly to review success and reinforce healthy habit gained during the past weeks

OPTION 2: NO MACRO (8 weeks, weekly check-in)
For some, macro counting is overwhelming, therefore we opt for a nutrition journal.
We set habits to tackle straight from the start during a 30min consultation.
Review the journal after 2 weeks with a 1-1 consultation to assess and evaluate progress.
Go back for another 2 weeks of heathy eating on the nutrition journal and close off with a final consultation

Speciality Course and Events
CrossFit Bury Winter Throwdown - The CrossFit Open
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 3 weeks.
During the Winter Throwdown edition, we follow the CrossFit Open worldwide official competition.

This is 3 workouts across 3 weeks. Each workout is release on a weekly basis by CrossFit HQ and we will gather all to complete them. The gathering day and time might different each year (either Friday night 6pm onward or Saturday 9am onward).

Come work together to test your fitness and teamwork with peers and experience the heart-pumping excitement of competition in the comfort of a familiar gym environment to soothe those competition jitters!

Workouts are inclusive regardless of your level in CrossFit, your gymnastic and weights capacity.

2025 Edition Specifics: To participate you need to register online to the official CrossFit Open competition or alternatively purchase this membership. You will need to use one of your membership class to book on the Open. The sessions will be on Saturday morning, and your booking hour will define your workout time. If you RX the workout, one coach will judge you in order to upheld the standard of the online competition. If you Scale the workout, you will pair with another member of the class to judge each other and ensure fairness across the board.

Saturdays are 1st March, 8th March, 15th March.
