> Circuits
> Yoga for Runners
> Open Gym
Welcome to our Tuesday Focus Runs. This is our weekly hard run session to help you become faster, more resilient and focused on your goals. This is a 4 class pass. If you want something more regular, then please see our monthly subscription.
Once you purchase the class pass and sign up to each individual session, we will add the run session to your Final Surge account. If you don't have Final Surge, we will get you set up as soon as we can.
Our main meeting point is at Tesco Canonmills on the cycle path where the Rodney Street tunnel meets. We will let you know in advance if we meet anywhere else.
Please make sure that you arrive at 18:45, warmed up with at least 10mins of easy running before the session.
These are fully coached sessions, so if you’ve never run a session like this before, you’ll be in good hands and feeling more confident by the end of the session. Everyone runs at their own ability as the programme will reflect your own pace.
If you regularly attend our Tuesday Focus Runs then here is a monthly subscription to our weekly runs. From the date of purchase this subscription will automatically renew on the same day each month.
We will continue to add the sessions to your Final Surge account so that whether you can make the session in person or need to do them on your own, they will always be there.

Welcome to The Run Strong Studio Open Gym!
We’re glad you’re here making use of the studio! To keep the space safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these guidelines: Run Strong Studio – Open Gym House Rules 1. Disclose any injuries/medical conditions - Before you start your workout, please disclose to a coach in the gym if you have any injuries or medical conditions, these should also be up to date on your PARQ form. 2.You must have a training plan - We don't mind the "f**k around and find out" method for some things but not the gym. Ask us about training plans if you don't have one. 3. Time Keeping - Please arrive on time and stick to your 60min time allocation. The hour is yours to use, but if you are late, you may need to adjust your workout. 4. Put equipment away - All kit must be returned to its proper place after use and left neat and tidy. 5. Stay safe - If you’re unsure of any exercise, need help adjusting equipment, or would like a spot, please ask a coach. Injury prevention is our top priority. 6. Coaches - There will always be a coach present while you’re in the gym. Please keep in mind that they may be leading a class or working 1:1 with an athlete. Coaches are here to support you, so if you’re ever unsure or need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask—but do respect that they won’t be able to provide coaching for you, they are there to assist you. 7. Respect privacy when filming - You’re welcome to record your training, but please avoid capturing other members. If sharing on social media, videos must be muted. Conversations in the gym are private and should not be broadcast. 8. Look after the kit - Our equipment is high-quality (and costly!), so please treat it with care. 9. No dropping or slamming weights - This includes deadlifts. Our flooring is not designed for dropping heavy weights and we want to respect our neighbours too. 10. Be mindful of space - Share equipment and areas fairly, when you are finished using a rack please move on to the floor to allow someone else to use it. Also work together, there is no reason with some equipment that you can't share (i.e Ski-Erg, Carries, etc) 11. Cleanliness counts - Please wipe down benches, handles, and mats after use. We provide cloths and spray if required. 12. Respectful environment - Please keep noise levels considerate and language respectful.
