Run Plan | Classes | Open Gym
Whether you are training for a 5k, 10k, Half Marathon or Marathon, we have a training plan for you. We have 3 levels for each distance so that you can work towards your own needs and goals.
As part of your training, you have full access to our Classes and Open Gym.
You can either complete the strength sessions as part of the training plan or attend Strength For Runners classes to get the strength workouts done with a community of runners who also want to be the strongest version of themselves.
Open Gym is also available for you to do any exercises recommended to you by a physio, or even use the treadmill on bad weather days.
And don't forget this memberships also gives you access to Tuesday Focus Runs and Yoga For Runners, just make sure you get yourself signed up.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
