Training
You’ll commit to a minimum of 3 classes per week, with the option to attend more. Each training week runs Monday–Sunday, giving you flexibility to stay consistent and build momentum.
Nutrition
Our nutrition plan is simple, sustainable, and designed for real life—no gimmicks.
You’ll complete a body scan at the start and end of the challenge to track progress.
Your coach will adjust your macros at the mid‑point based on your results to keep you moving toward your goals.
Accountability & Community
Our coaches know what it takes to help you succeed and will guide you every step of the way. Training Camp is intentionally run in cohort groups, so you’ll build connections along the way.
