Legacy Fitness Marathon Training
Ready to conquer 26.2 miles?

Our Marathon Training Program is designed to help runners of all levels successfully train for race day with a structured, personalized approach.

You can join for the full 18 weeks or jump in at any time and we'll prorate the price for you.

You'll follow a customized training plan designed by all-star running coach, Clayton Woll, delivered through our training app & combined with weekly in-person group runs and workouts for motivation, accountability, and expert coaching.


You can expect:

✅ Weekly in-person group sessions for motivation, technique, and race preparation

Senior Functional Training
Senior Functional Training (Unlimited classes per month)
Ages 65+
Classes held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:30 to 11:30 AM.
Strength training for movements in daily life.
Improves mobility, stability and flexibility.


Led by knowledgeable, compassionate personal trainers who care about safety, form and building community.
Challenges
4-Week Challenge
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 4 weeks.
This is going to be a fun, challenging kickstart, where we will focus on three pillars:

1. Fitness: Shocker right? This program will consist of a MINIMUM of 3 classes each week but you can attend more! Weeks run Monday-Sunday.

2. Nutrition: The nutrition component will be simple yet effective. It is designed for you to actually follow it and has no gimmicks. Members will also complete a body scan at the start of the challenge/mid-challenge/end of challenge to keep you on track. Your coach will adjust macros based on your progress at the mid-challenge scan.

3. Accountability: All of our trainers know what you need to do and will make sure you do it. In addition we specifically designed Training Camp to run in cohorts. You will make friends and build lasting community inside Legacy Fit that will let you stay on track even when the 4 weeks is over!

The cost for Training Camp is a nonrefundable $299. If you reach the three conditions (weight loss goal or body fat % decrease, class attendance, food tracking), then you will earn an 8 week FREE Unlimited Membership, which begins right after your 4 weeks end. No exceptions to the free membership start date.
