This membership gives you full access to our HYROX-specific training classes—designed to build strength, speed, and endurance through functional workouts that mirror the demands of HYROX competition, as well as our Mat Pilates, yoga and flexibility classes (held in the yoga room in the Field House).
You will also gain access to our open dome hours to practice sled pushes and pulls, as well as running indoors during the winter. Open Dome time is 5:30am-8:00am M/W/F from January-April.
Whether you're training for your first race or just want a high-intensity, full-body challenge, these 50–55 minute classes will push your limits in a supportive, scalable, and team-driven environment.

Training
You’ll commit to a minimum of 3 classes per week, with the option to attend more. Each training week runs Monday–Sunday, giving you flexibility to stay consistent and build momentum.
Nutrition
Our nutrition plan is simple, sustainable, and designed for real life—no gimmicks.
You’ll complete a body scan at the start and end of the challenge to track progress.
Your coach will adjust your macros at the mid‑point based on your results to keep you moving toward your goals.
Accountability & Community
Our coaches know what it takes to help you succeed and will guide you every step of the way. Training Camp is intentionally run in cohort groups, so you’ll build connections along the way.

Fitness
Attend at least 3 classes per week. Classes run 7 days a week and cover everything you need to build strength, conditioning, and confidence.
Nutrition
Complete your nutrition consultation and body scan before starting. You’ll learn to track macros and receive a simple nutrition guide with recipes. Log a minimum of one meal per day (or log all meals for best results). This meal must be real food, not an image of a protein shake or packaged item.
Accountability
Stay connected with your trainer through our app for food tracking, check‑ins, and progress monitoring. Your goal will be a realistic but challenging target in body fat %, weight loss, or lean muscle.
You will complete three body scans to monitor progress.
