Class Overview: Our Strongman Class combines the fundamental principles of strongman training with expert coaching by competitive strongman Connor Phelps, to deliver a comprehensive and transformative training experience. This class is designed for those with a training age of over 1 year.
Key Features:
Strongman Training: Our class incorporates traditional strongman techniques like lifting atlas stones, carrying heavy objects, and flipping tires. Led by Strongman Athlete and Coach, Connor Phelps, these exercises enhance full-body strength and real-world capabilities.
Equipment Variety: Our gym is fully equipped with a wide range of strongman implements including:
- Sandbags (40kg – 120kg)
- Throwing bags (14kg – 20kg)
- 2 x Logs (24kg, 50kg)
- Monster Dumbbell (40kg)
- Yoke
- Farmer’s walk handle
- Duck walk / Loading pin
- Sleds
- Drop pads
- Chains
- Bands
