Parkour @ The Lab
We believe in developing broad physical literacy first, unlocking and encouraging each child's true physical potential and helping them grow up into a strong, fit, healthy adult. Our Parkour Classes involve a wide variety of games, activities, challenges and tasks for children to develop and embrace their movement potential, while also building core skills such as resilience, problem-solving, self-efficacy, teamwork and friendship.

Our Parkour coach has over a decade of training experience. Classes focus on building students’ movement skills through challenges and problem solving tasks. Book your place now!

Golf S&C @ The Lab
Joshua Jordan is a Golf Performance Trainer based in Surrey, UK. Joshua turned professional himself back in 2018, after playing collegiate golf in the US. He has multiple years of experience as both a player as well as a coach, having built a wide array of clientele which sees him working day to day with both elite amateurs as well as touring professionals, to ensure they are prepared for the demands of the game.

Golf is a dynamic sport, which requires a high level of physical preparedness, as physical preparedness can help to reduce possible musculoskeletal injuries and drive on course performances. Research has shown that regular physical training (strength and conditioning) can develop strength and power, along with other physical capacities, with strength and power being associated with an increase in club head speed. Using physical characteristics of established golfers can form a baseline of the different physical capacities and skills, which can be specifically trained and developed via consistent strength and conditioning sessions.

Junior Athlete Academy Programme (JAAP)
Youth athletes come to the Lab and engage in fun warm up games, track drills to enhance their sprinting, practice plyometrics and power, and complete an age appropriate strength workout, all to help the athletes become sport ready.

Train once per week as part of our unique, coach led, junior athlete academy programme.

Off Peak Gym Membership
Off peak hours gym membership for a more cost effective option to train Come down to The Lab and train in our state-of-the-art facility. HYROX Classes and Gym Membership
HYROX epitomizes functional fitness and strength combined with cardiovascular and muscular endurance to create an accessible challenge for all and a training style like no other. The race itself constitutes 8 different functional exercises separated by a 1km run in between each workout station. The aim is to complete this intense workout in as little time as possible.

Our HYROX class and gym membership offers seasoned HYROX competitors or regular gym-goers the chance to switch up their training to HYROX based training, all coached in group classes with our qualified HYROX coach. Strength Code - App only
The Strength Code App has been created by a team of strength and conditioning coaches so that everyone can gain the benefits from regular strength training.

If you are new to strength training, the Prepare to Lift training course will guide you through a range of different strength training lifts. Your strength coach will give you guidance and feedback along the way so that you develop your skills and confidence.

By performing regular strength training with effort and intent for each session, which by the way comes from our Living by the Code checklist, this will help with any fitness related goal, from sports training to health and wellbeing. Prioritising nutritient-dense foods and optimal recovery strategies are also on our Live by the Code checklist, along with probably the most important point, if you’re not sure, speak with your strength coach or a team member.

The Strength Code app will help you to complete your weekly strength training. Upload the repetitions that you complete, or the load lifted with a specific exercise. Watch your strength level improve and monitor this by tracking personal bests.

Your strength coach will also monitor your progress and give advice and direction. If you have a specific question, simple drop your strength coach an in-app message. The app is available in your confirmation email, use code SC3MONTH to get your first month free!
