Athlete Development Programme (Ages 18+)

Our Adult Athlete Development Programme is designed for individuals who want to improve performance, stay competitive, and train with purpose—whether you’re competing in sport, returning from time away, or simply aiming to perform at a higher level.

The programme focuses on developing strength, power, speed, and resilience through structured, progressive training. Every session is led by experienced Strength & Conditioning coaches who tailor training to your sport, training history, and individual goals. We emphasise high-quality movement and efficient technique to help you get the most out of every session while reducing unnecessary strain on the body.

As part of the programme, you’ll receive access to our TeamBuildr training app, giving you a clear training structure outside of sessions, the ability to track progress, and ongoing support from our coaching team. Individualised programmes ensure your training remains specific, progressive, and aligned with your performance goals.

We also include regular performance testing to provide objective feedback on your development—tracking improvements in strength, speed, and overall athletic capacity. Alongside this, we place a strong focus on injury prevention, helping you stay consistent and perform at your best.

Training in a motivated and supportive environment, you’ll build not only physical capacity but also confidence and accountability—allowing you to push your performance to the next level.

Each athlete benefits from expert Strength & Conditioning coaching, with sessions carefully planned around their stage of growth and development. We prioritise movement quality, teaching proper technique in running, jumping, landing, and lifting—key skills that transfer directly to improved performance across all sports.

As part of the programme, athletes receive access to our TeamBuildr training app, allowing them to track their progress, follow personalised programmes, and stay connected with their training both in and out of the facility. Regular performance testing is also included, giving clear feedback on improvements in speed, strength, and athletic ability while helping to set goals and keep motivation high.

Beyond performance, the programme helps reduce injury risk by improving strength, mobility, and overall movement control. In a supportive and motivating environment, athletes build confidence, discipline, and consistency—developing the tools they need to perform at their best in sport and beyond.

Online Athlete Development Programme

Our Online Athlete Development Programme is designed for athletes who want expert coaching and structured training, wherever they are based. Whether you’re balancing a busy schedule, training around team commitments, or don’t have access to a specialist facility, this programme gives you the tools and support to continue progressing.

You’ll receive a fully personalised Strength & Conditioning programme tailored to your sport, goals, training experience, and available equipment. Each plan is built to develop strength, speed, power, and resilience while ensuring training is realistic and sustainable alongside your lifestyle.

Through our TeamBuildr training app, you’ll have access to your programme at all times, complete with exercise demonstrations, session tracking, and performance logging. This allows you to monitor progress, stay accountable, and maintain consistency in your training.

Ongoing coach support is a key part of the programme, with regular check-ins, feedback, and adjustments to keep you moving forward. Where appropriate, we also incorporate performance testing to track key metrics and ensure your training is delivering results.

The result is a clear, structured, and professional training system—giving you the confidence and direction to train effectively and perform at your best, no matter where you are.


Sports Rehabilitation Programme

Our Sports Rehabilitation Programme is designed to help you recover from injury, return to full performance, and build long-term resilience. Whether you’re dealing with a recent injury, ongoing pain, or returning to sport after time out, we provide a structured and progressive approach to get you back to your best.

The programme uniquely combines access to both our Rehabilitation Team and Strength & Conditioning coaches, ensuring every stage of your recovery is covered. We focus on identifying the root cause of your injury, addressing movement limitations, and rebuilding strength, stability, and confidence through a clear, step-by-step process.

As part of the programme, you’ll receive personalised support tailored to your injury, sport, and goals. You’ll also gain access to our TeamBuildr training app, where your individual rehab programme is delivered—allowing you to follow your plan, track progress, and stay consistent between sessions.

We also utilise sports science technology to assess, monitor, and guide your rehabilitation. This provides objective data on your progress—helping to track key metrics such as strength, movement quality, and readiness to return to sport, while ensuring your programme is always progressing at the right pace.

Regular assessments and clear milestones ensure your recovery stays on track and builds toward a confident return to training and competition.
