This option is for you an a friend to do your taster session together - this will add 2 x individual sessions to your account so please book them back to back to do your session together.

Our taster sessions are like in-depth gym inductions - an advanced process to get you set up in our gym. This is suitable for those interest in doing 1:1 PT, group coaching sessions or individuals who need more support to get started.

These sessions are recommended to help you:
- Use our specialist strength training equipment properly
- Train with health and safety in mind
- Make sure you can hit the ground running on your next visit
