This package is for a weekly Personal Training session at Essential Strength. With any monthly coaching package, you don't have to pay any extra for a gym membership (which is a requirement in most gyms).
1 x session per week works out at roughly £36 per session and is billed monthly.*

What do we mean by billed monthly? Instead of charging people every 4 weeks, we wanted to be able to charge everyone on the same day each month so you're familiar with the payment date. To work this out, we multiply the weekly cost by 52 then divide it by 12 so give a monthly average cost.
