Try out our strength training gym in Wavertree with a day pass and gym induction. After purchasing your day pass, please book in for your induction - you can't turn up without an appointment.
The induction is a short health and safety briefing and a quick demonstration of how to use our strength training equipment.
After your induction you'll be able to get on with your workout independently. Please note that you must be confident training by yourself if you're visiting us on a day pass.
If this isn't the case, you need to purchase a PT taster session instead, where we'll give you a full breakdown of the best choice of exercises for you to focus on.
Our taster sessions are for people who are interested in PT or need extra help training in a strength-specific gym - an advanced process to get you going with specific guidance depending on your wants and needs.
This is suitable for those interested in doing personal training or individuals who need more support to get started. These sessions are recommended to help you:
- Use our specialist strength training equipment properly
- Train with health and safety in mind
- Make sure you can hit the ground running on your next visit

When you've completed Fast Track to Free Weights, you can sign up for one of our monthly coaching packages for small group PT or continue with 1:1 Personal Training. (Small group PT starts at £20.50 per week and 1:1 PT works out at just under £37 a session - both include gym access and strength training programs).
