Couch to 5k

This is a ten week course for non-runners who want to start.  Week 1 begins with a walk and slowly each week, we increase things little by little until you are able to jog/walk 5k (3 miles).  Get Fit Today adapted version of the couch to 5k really works and the group encouragement and direction from our running coaches will help you at every step.
