This membership is ideal for children aged 6–12 years old and gives access to one expertly coached class per week. Each session is tailored to your child’s ability and combines fitness, games, and skill-building activities that develop:

This 10-class pack is perfect for families who want flexibility while still giving their child access to the full CrossFit Kids experience.
It includes 10 fun, high-energy classes, valid for use across our regular kids sessions. Each class is designed to help children aged 6–12 develop:
Strength and fitness through functional movement
Balance, coordination, and body awareness
Confidence, resilience, and social skills
A positive relationship with exercise and healthy habits
All sessions are led by DBS-checked, qualified coaches in a safe, supportive, and exciting environment where kids are encouraged to do their best and enjoy being active.
There’s no need to commit to a fixed membership—just use your sessions whenever it suits your schedule.
In these sessions you will not only learn CrossFit movements and skills but also how to scale and adjust the workouts appropriately, based on your fitness level, ability and any injuries you may be working around.
These classes are on Monday 7pm, Wednesday 7pm and Friday 6pm
