Pregnancy yoga membership is a monthly payment to attend a yoga classes. If you join in the middle of the month payment is prorated. Then full payment of £70 is debited on 1st of each month. Suitable from 14wks - full term. Its best to stick to the same day each week, either a Tuesday 7:30pm or Thursday 7pm as your regular class, you can also come twice a week if you wish. If you need to switch your day you can do so on the Team up app. Birth ball classes are on the first week of each month, please bring one along if you have one. Postnatal membership - is from 6wks postnatal or after your 6wk doctors check up.
Allowing attendance to as many classes per week. Hatha yoga - Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays .

If you are having a planned cesarian birth - then a bespoke couples workshop just for you in your home can also be booked.
Classes are Weds and Friday - suitable after your 6 wks check to crawling. £57 per month (minimum sign up 2 months) - If you join mid- term that month is prorated plus full payment of next month. There after you can cancel anytime. Just give notice before the end of the month. If you can't make your regular class please check availability and book another day. Unfortunately we don't roll over classes to the next month.

From 14wks + you can come along and try a pregnancy yoga class. These classes run on Tuesdays at 7:30pm and Thursdays at 7pm. Both at St Stephens hall, Bells Hill, EN5 2SL. Free parking outside the hall. Please select which date you want to attend. You will be contacted prior to your first session.
