Just as you are looking for a good place to train we are looking for motivated people who value the tuition they receive . The idea behind a free, and anything free for that matter, is that people will jump at any opportunity to get something free. It boils down to what you value.

To ensure a smooth transition into our regular Hyrox schedule, all members are required to complete two Hyrox Fundamentals sessions before participating in the classes
This helps ensure you’ve developed the key skills and understanding needed to safely and effectively participate in the more intense pace of the regular sessions. After completing these sessions, you’ll be ready to take on the full Hyrox training experience with confidence.
With a slower pace and lighter weights than that of the Hyrox competition weights, participants can gain confidence while gradually improving strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
Hyrox fundamental raining sessions are designed to provide a comprehensive, station-focused approach to help you prepare you for the Hyrox competition should you wish to participate .
These sessions works on drilling the specific Hyrox stations, helping you perfect the movements and transitions between them. You’ll focus on improving efficiency during the changeovers from one station to the next, honing your ability to quickly and seamlessly move through the full course.
Incorporating a variety of distances and time challenges, each session is tailored to simulate the dynamic nature of a Hyrox competition.
Participants will also train with the official Hyrox competition weights, ensuring you’re prepared for the intensity and demands of race day.

Memberships are collected on the first of the month , depending on when you sign up there will be a pro rata payment to allow you train straight away for the rest of the month.
We reserve the right to not to teach a member or revoke any membership if they are deemed to be disrespectful to the coaches, not respecting equipment or anything which is deemed to be in conflict with the community we are building. Should this happen we are happy to authorise a pro rata payment for the remaining time of the membership for that month
Members may put their membership on freeze or hold, for a period no more than ninety (90) days
Members will not be billed for frozen months, and billing will resume automatically upon the end of the freeze period established.
Please note If you cancel choose to reactivate your membership after it is cancelled or put on hold ,membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will apply (membership rates are subject to change).
