Our Senior Strength Membership is designed specifically for our over-60s community, focusing on building and maintaining strength, mobility, balance, and confidence for everyday life.

These coach-led sessions provide a welcoming and supportive environment where members can stay active, improve fitness, and enjoy training alongside others in a similar stage of life. The focus is on moving well, staying strong, and enjoying the social side of exercise too.

This membership allows you to attend up to three Senior Strength classes per week, with sessions tailored to suit the needs and abilities of our senior members.

If you would like to attend both Senior Strength sessions and our regular GHF classes, please choose one of our Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum memberships, which provide access to the wider class timetable.

GHF Open Gym

Our Open Gym Membership provides access to the GHF facility for individuals who are currently working with one of our Personal Trainers and want additional time to practise their programme independently.

This membership allows members to use the gym during designated open gym hours, outside of our scheduled classes and Small Group Personal Training sessions.

Open Gym is ideal for those who want to reinforce their training, build consistency, and continue progressing between coached sessions in a familiar and supportive environment.

Please note:
• Open Gym access is only available to members currently working with a GHF Personal Trainer
• Access is restricted to specific times to ensure classes and coaching sessions run smoothly
• Members must follow their prescribed programme and respect all facility guidelines
