If you're doing all of those things, this is awesome. I think if you were just doing it in person or just virtual, it would be awesome too. It just makes your life so much easier and it's totally worth it.

I'm Amy Francis. I live in Colorado, near Boulder. My business is both in-person and virtual. So I have an extensive virtual class schedule that I offer to clients. I also have on-demand recordings of many of the different formats that I teach so that my clients can access recorded versions of my classes anytime 24/7.

And then I have an in-person bootcamp outdoors that I offer to my clients that live in Colorado or in Northern Colorado. I have a lot of different aspects of my business and I offer a lot of different memberships for those different aspects. For virtual membership and on-demand membership, both of those things together and an in-person only membership, and then an all unlimited everything for people who want all the different legs and pieces of my business. I also offer nutritional coaching and personal training. So that is another piece of the umbrella under Amy Francis Fitness.

I found TeamUp just Googling platforms for companies to use to manage all of their aspects of clients and memberships. I had a couple of different thoughts on the list of things that I wanted and TeamUp filled almost all of the categories of everything that I was looking for and was within my budget, which was not that much at the time because I had just started my business.

So I started my business a year ago and I started using TeamUp like a month after I started because I realized trying to keep track of all my clients, class passes, membership, attendance, their credit cards, what their Paypals and Venmos and which one they were using just became this really arduous process of trying to manage all of that in addition to planning my classes and managing clients and all was too much. So I needed something that would do that for me, seamlessly and TeamUp is awesome. I'm really happy with it.

My clients use it every day to register for classes, access the on-demand feature, manage their accounts as far as payments, and if they are class pack clients to see how many classes they have left. They use it a lot. I use it to manage my whole business with the on-demand recording to find out what my attendance numbers are for different classes.

So I can maybe shift things around classes that are less attended. I might change the format or the time or whatever gives me a lot of information that's really critical to managing my business, but my clients love it. And I've gotten really good at it now that I know it, and I know where everything is.

There's a little bit of a learning curve, but once I learned where all of the stuff is that I needed it's been great. Even with the on-demand feature, which I record my on-demand when I'm teaching a class, it's a live class that's recorded, so I don't have to make separate videos.

If you're doing all of those things, this is awesome. I think if you were just doing it in person or just virtual, it would be awesome too. It just makes your life so much easier and it's totally worth it. So yes, the answer is I would definitely recommend it.
