£200 for 4 x 1:1 postnatal recovery sessions.

Kate is a specialised postnatal yoga teacher in Bristol, who has a passion for supporting and educating people on how to safely return to exercise after giving birth.

Through the personal training sessions you’ll learn about the changes your body has gone through during pregnancy and throughout the postpartum period – knowledge is power and understanding how to work with your body will give you the confidence to exercise safely beyond our sessions together.

The sessions can be in person (Bristol) or online and will be completely tailored to your needs, with a focus on strengthening from the inside out to restore your core, as well as nourishing you physically, mentally and emotionally.

It will be a chance for you to take some time for you, to rest, relax and recharge.

1:1 postnatal package is for you if…

– you would like a completely personalised recovery programme

– you have pelvic floor dysfunction/prolapse and would like guidance on exercising safely (I will always work alongside your physiotherapist)

– you have Diastasis Recti – my focus here will be to strengthen the core and restore tension within the gap (fascia) as well as looking at the entire body.

– you are new to exercise/yoga and would like support

– you would like the flexibility of being able to complete sessions in your own time

– you would like something beyond just exercise, to support you emotionally and mentally.



I can also hold and play with your body whilst guiding you through your sessions (if in person).

What’s Included?!

The first session can start as early as a week after you have given birth, which will be online or in person (if living in Bristol). This will usually include a birth debrief and a chance to reflect on how you’re feeling both physically and emotionally.

I will complete a Diastasis Recti check (or guide you through a self-check if online) and discuss pelvic floor function.

After an initial discussion I will be able to design a recovery plan which will be completely tailored to your needs and to easily fit into your lifestyle.

My aim is to provide you with information to help you to understand your postnatal body so that you feel empowered to begin your journey with confidence.

The sessions will include a mixture of yoga asana, strengthening exercises, breathing practices, restorative poses and meditations/nidras.
