Mum & Baby Yoga - Horfield
Becoming a mum is a huge change, physically, mentally, and emotionally. What better way to reconnect with yourself, bond with your baby and make new friends; classes are tailored to everyone present and are especially designed to allow you to safely exercise.
Regain strength, find your pelvic floor, deep core and lift your spirits, all with your baby by your side!
Please note:
Suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, or 8 weeks after a c-section, right up until your baby is on the move.
As with any exercise after birth, it is always a good idea to get the all clear from your doctor or women's health physio before you sign up.
You will progressively build core strength at your own pace; feel energised and back to yourself once more.
Yoga and exercise are one of the best ways to tend to your mental and emotional health.
If you had a baby a year ago or more and never incorporated a dedicated postnatal class to help your recovery after birth, then come along to this class - you will feel the benefit in no time.
