Kickboxercise Class - Tuesday
Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. We include elements of kickboxing also and may include circuit style training.



Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and a safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.



Equipment is provided however if you do have your own boxing gloves, wraps or focus pads then please bring them along.



This ticket will give you access to all Tuesday sessions (Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm) without having to book individually, complete the online form each time or be pipped to the post by someone else getting the last place as numbers are limited.



This is a membership that allows for 4 Tuesday sessions per year to be closed. One in August (end), one in Dec (xmas) and two at other times in the year.

Boxercise Circuits - Thursday
This membership allows you enough credits towards Thursday night boxercise sessions so you can book in for all the sessions you can make. Spaces are limited so we will only allow 4 on this membership at one time. Should you require to cancel then please note, that your space may be taken by someone else.

A biomechanics coach does not ‘diagnose’ or ‘treat’ clients but by taking the client through the intrinsic biomechanics screening system any dysfunctions can be highlighted and addressed with a very simple exercise technique that can improve the way they move and the proper functioning of their musculoskeletal system. Clients can follow these techniques on their own whenever needed rather than having to rely permanently on expensive treatments to ‘fix’ themselves.

This programme is evidence based and has been tried and tested for over 25 years on both Olympic athletes and the general public to the same effect.

Week 1:

1st Session: Consultation, Full top to toe biomechanical testing of movement and symmetry and daily exercise prescription for correction. This is included in an online workout platform so that you can tick off your prescriptive movements once completed
1 hour 35 minutes



2nd session: 3-4 days later, retest of above and amendment to prescription of daily exercise going forwards. 55 minutes


2nd - 6th week:

X2 sessions per week of personal training sessions in person working on your wants and need, continuing to correct imbalances and assess changes. Online programming continues and can include daily habits and movement logging
