These 1 hour classes are perfect for you if you already know the basic Pilates principles and are ready for a more challenging workout. Within them, options to modify or progress exercises will be given to tailor the class to your requirements. The Pilates classes are run by Chartered Physiotherapist and Certified Pilates practitioner Theresa Bell, making them a great way to build movement confidence, gain strength and flexibility.

This rolling membership guarantees your space in the 12.10pm Beginners/Healthy back class on a Monday at Holbrook Hall Holbrook Road LE2 3LN). Valid for 42 classes per year.

If you are unable to attend your regular reservation, you can easily make class changes (via our Website or the TeamUp App) to :-
- change your booked class time/day (subject to availability)
- cancel your class ( a minimum of 24 hours notice required), which gives you a class "credit" to use at a later date (a maximum of 4 credits can be accrued at any one time)
- exchange a class for an on demand week. This gives you a small collection of online classes which will be available for 1 week from the point of purchase, allowing you to continue to "Pilate" where ever you are, even if you are unable to make your regular class.

This flexibility is aimed to give you consistent teaching throughout the year, helping you to move with ease and stay strong.

    £42.00 per month—Bills one cycle at a time.
    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. At the start of this membership you will be given 42 credits to use over a 12 month period. This allows you to attend 42 mat classes and for 10 weeks closure throughout the year (exact dates will be confirmed no later than 1 month prior to closure dates). If you are unable to attend a class due to holiday, sickness, or for any other reason, as long as you give 24 hours' notice, you can remove yourself and choose another available mat class (subject to availability), exchange this for an on demand class (which will be available for 1 week from purchase), or bank the credit to use at another time (providing your membership payments are up to date). At the end of the 12 month period you will be allocated your new credit allowance. Banked credits must be used within the same 12 month period to which they were allocated. Please also note that a maximum of 4 credits can be saved at any one time for any missed classes. No refund will be given for missed sessions, unused banked credits, or sessions cancelled within the 24 hours notice period. The membership is designed to give you a guaranteed regular mat class space, flexible and consistent teaching. Credits can not be transferred to another person, classes must be attended by the named person.

    Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. Minimum sign up period of 2 months required before cancellation, 30 days notice will be required to cancel your membership.

    HEALTH SCREENING, YOUR SAFETY AND WAIVER

    We hope that you find this course both enjoyable and helpful, your safety and well being are of upmost importance to us and we endeavour to make sure all the exercises taught are appropriate for you. At the start and throughout of your Pilates journey at Body Works, we will discuss with you any exercises that we feel would be appropriate to modify or omit, it is your responsibility to abide by the instructors guidelines/recommendations and to follow their instructions with regards to the exercises performed and equipment safety. If you are participating in an On demand session, the authorised user understands that this is an unobserved class. You are responsible for checking that the area around you is suitable for exercise, that there is sufficient space around you and that it is free from trip or slip hazards.

    We request that you complete the health screening form at the start of this membership, and once a year thereafter. If any of your details/medical history change we request that you complete a new screening form and submit it back for review.

    If you are unsure whether you should be taking part in an exercise class it is advised that you seek guidance from your doctor, particularly if any of the screening questions are positive. You must stop or modify any exercises that causes an increase in pain, shortness of breath or distress. You are responsible for informing Body Works Physiotherapy and Pilates Ltd if your medical status changes and to seek medical advice to check that it is still safe to exercise. It is understood that any exercise and the use of training equipment contains a small risk of injury, and that you are voluntarily participating and assume all risk of your participation. You, the client, agree that Body Works Physiotherapy and Pilates Ltd and it's instructors will not be held responsible or liable for any injury or harm you may sustain as a result of this Pilates mat/on demand/studio programme.

    By joining one of our memberships, you also agree to our privacy policy and give us permission to add you to the Pilates membership booking system, and send you relevant emails about exercise, advice, news and updates related to the clinic and to. Your data will not be shared with any third party.
