Welcome to Teamfitness League, where fitness meets competition, community, and unmatched energy. We’re here to transform the gym experience by creating a fitness league that brings together gyms, trainers, and members in a fun, structured competition that builds motivation, pride, and loyalty. This membership includes: 10 weeks of training, access to the comp, elite team programming, at home training plan.
This does not mean you are guaranteed a spot in the team. If you haven’t made it your entry fee to the comp will be refunded to you however you can still train with the team. Full team will be announced in March.
Our Kids Sports, Strength and Conditioning classes focus on building confidence, coordination, communication and overall fitness through fun, age-appropriate workouts. Led by experienced coach Kyle Asante, each session helps children develop strength, team building, agility, and healthy habits in a safe, supportive environment. 1 session for ages 8-16.
