Strength & Mobility 55-85yrs
Introduction to strength and mobility for older adults.
We work to improve your mobility balance and day to day strength that will improve you physical and mental health markers and allow you to be confident in building a stronger body to continue doing whatever you wish in the future.
The session is 1 hour long including a warm up cool down stretching and strengthening moves along with balance work and a heap of fun challenges.
You are also welcome to stay after and natter with your training buddies and have a cup of tea or coffee too.
