This newcomer membership is a mix of personal training and group training which will enable you to develop correct movement mechanics and move with great form in order to create long lasting health and fitness. 💪
Every week, you get have:
- 3 small group training sessions (includes speciality classes) max 8 people per class
- 1 hour personal training session (with your preferred coach depending on availability)
You will also get a 30min session of personal nutrition every week to make sure your results are awesome. 😎
The length go the membership is 6 weeks.
If you rather access directly the classes only membership, please be aware that it will take you longer to master the movements of CrossFit as the PTs are an incredible way of ramping up your potential.
The personal training session is when you will drill with the coach what are the mechanics, safety and efficiency of movements that we perform in CrossFit.
The group class format is 8 per class with different ability. For it to run smoothly, existing mechanics and lifting technique is preferred from everyone. While constantly looking at improving your abilities during classes, it can be difficult to completely start from scratch on a bunch of movement.
Terms and Conditions
This membership will entitle the purchaser to a partial or complete discount on events/classes offered by the business for Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 6 weeks.. If the start date of this membership has already passed, it will not be prorated for partial months/days, meaning the price is the same regardless of when purchased.
