Membership designed for beginner wrestlers or inexperienced wrestlers! Covers foundational techniques, builds strength and athleticism. This membership still prioritizes fast and sound development, while keeping it enjoyable for the wrestlers! Many other intangible benefits to the program - teamwork, problem solving, confidence, courage, and more!

Minimum age: 5 years old.
Minimum experience level: No experience required.
Minimum commitment: 3 months

Schedule: Tues,Thurs: 5:30pm - 7:00pm (instruction), Friday: 5:30pm - 6:15pm (all live), Sunday: 12pm - 2pm (open mats)
