Richards Hall Wrestling Room at Ravenscroft School. Park in Lot E.
Twenty-seven practices for $475. Paid once for the full season, not monthly.
Built for wrestlers in 2nd through 5th grade, including first-year beginners. No experience needed. The season runs a set curriculum from stance and motion through takedowns, top and bottom, and ends the week before NCWAY Rookie States on February 21.
No practice Thursday November 26, Thursday December 24, or Thursday December 31 — the Ravenscroft campus is closed. Tuesday December 22 and Tuesday December 29 will be run from 5:10pm–6:30pm as one combined session with the middle school group.
Friday Scrap at the Raleigh Main (Davis Circle) location, 6:15–7:15pm, is included at no extra cost all season.
Every wrestler needs a current USA Wrestling membership before stepping on the mat. It's $20 at usawmembership.com and takes about five minutes.

This is not a free trial for new members. It is a trial for wrestlers with more than 2 years of experience. Must speak with Capital City Wrestling Club prior to signing up for this free trial.

Experience: Minimum 1 full season with a high school, or 1 full season with CCWC Youth, or 1-2 CCWC Jr. High and High School Beginner Sessions (coach discretion).

Both Youth & High School classes will be broken up by skill level (1 mat for beginner, another mat for Int. & Adv.) Minimum membership commitment is 4 months (1 partial prorated month + 3 full months), no matter the class.
Youth: Min. Age: Min. age: 6 years old & Max. age: 12 year old.
Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday: 6pm-7:30pm
Jr. HS/High School: Min. Age: 13 years old & Max. Age: 18 years old
