This series of exercises are suitable for those wishing to enhance their fitness and strength training at home. Topping up your Pilates with additional regular strength and conditioning or fitness/cardio programme can help diversify your programme, enhancing health improvements. Focusing on strength and conditioning to improve bone mineral density and increase metabolic changes can increase health and well-being. I addition there is some cardio/fitness/HIIT style training in this programme which scientifically also has health benefits. All Physiotherapy-led exercises.
